Mechanical Services

We deliver a wide range of mechanical service installations for principal contractors and end users, from full commercial fit-outs to refurbishments, and everything in between. 

In collaboration with our design team, we’ll make sure we’re approaching the project in the most efficient way. Plus, we communicate with other trades and aspects of the construction process to make sure everyone benefits from our way of working. 

We typically work on projects ranging from minor works to half a million in scope. Our in-house specialists have a wealth of experience across multiple sectors, so there’s no challenge we can’t rise to meet.

Design & BIM

We have full in-house CAD and BIM resources to verify, develop and coordinate consultant engineers' designs and models.

Our technicians use their expertise to design the most efficient models and drawings, which helps you cut costs without compromising quality. 

We’ll then generate detailed 2D working drawings which we pass to our site operatives to sign-off. This means we can spot any issues that may arise and deal with them before the installation begins.

Having everything managed in-house enables more collaboration and creates a smoother experience from day one.
